I haven’t blogged in so long, when I went to log into Word Press, I had to think twice about my username and password! Oh boy! I know I’ve been really slacking lately. And as always I have good excuses. 1. I moved, in a week. Yeah, decided to move, packed all my crap, painted the new house, and moved into a new place all within a week’s time. Am I crazy? YES! 2. I’ve been editing like a mad woman!! I am new to the whole wedding photography scene and dang, there’s alot of post work that goes along with that!!! Alright, those are my two legit excuses. Others include, I’ve been lazy, busy, unmotivated. But those don’t sound as good.

This past Sunday I went back to shoot in United. We had a guest speaker in and Brian and the team made these super rad glow stick lookalike things with the lighting. ALSO, my good friend JD has FINALLY come to my church, and I couldn’t NOT take pictures of his first week! I was running late that morning, and after checking my kids into the kids area, I ran into United, grabbed a camera out of my bag, put on my baby lens, and just started shooting. That thing was so heavy, it didn’t seem any different to me. But when I went to go put my camera away, I realized I grabbed the 40D instead of the 5D. Umm? Ok?!

So here’s what I came up with. My hubby is preaching and singing a song in United next week, so I will back then too. But here’s last Sunday! Enjoy. Feel free to comment, I love ‘em! : )
