My mom comes over to babysit every Thursday so I can go to band practice. And last week, I was pretty excited to show her my new set up. She was pretty excited to get a new profile picture for Facebook. For whatever reason, it’s always fun to snap some pictures of my parents. I love them dearly, but it is SO hard to take a good picture of them. My mom makes this……face……She always has. It’s weird. She like freezes her face for a few seconds because she’s so used to point and shoot cameras and it doesn’t look anything at all (NOT AT ALL!) like she looks in actual life. She’s done it my whole life. I’m trying to break her habit, but sometimes she reverts back into it. It’s kinda cute now. I know she hears me in her head, “Mom, don’t make that face!” : )

Colin couldn’t stand on the sidelines. C’mon…with a face like that..no way! He had a great time making goofy faces and googly eyes at his Gaga. My favorite picture of this set, though, is the last one. My mom and I have even fewer pictures together than Aaron and I do. And I love that one, even with the lens glare from her glasses. I love it because I love her!
