So a few days ago I was going through my all my folders of this and that, trying to organize my organization. Well, I came across a few folders that had pictures of my kids from last year. When I was first starting out, I used my kids for practice all the time. I used them to learn my camera settings and practice my Photoshop skills. As I was going through all these old folders, I came across a few practice shots of my kids I never got around to doing anything with. So for the past few days I’ve been editing them. It’s been fun realizing how different I shoot now, and seeing the view of my Photoshop step has changed.
Anyways, I posted these pictures on my personal Facebook page, and got a few comments about how much my kids have changed. And in the middle of pointing out to my peeps that these pictures were from a year ago, I thought, UM, WHY DON’T I JUST GO OUT AND TAKE NEW PICTURES OF MY OWN CHILDREN?! For goodness sake, these kids have a photographer as a mother, they should be getting new pictures all the time! So today, I went out and snapped a few photographs of my kids.
I walked away with a few realizations. 1. I have the cutest kids in the world. 2. Chloe was so modelesque. She was taking direction like I would give to Sara, and nailing the looks! So proud of her, she is so beautiful. 3. Colin is a goofball BOY that just wanted me to take a picture while he was stabbing Chloe with his plastic knife. 4. I have the best job in the world!
I love my kids!!!

I loved the pictures Ashley. Chloe is a model – and beautiful one. I love the two poses of your son next to each other – adorable!!! I’m waiting for my first grandchild go get home from the hospital:) What blessings children and grandchidlren are. I know your mom sure loves you!!!

Chloes definetly got a future in the modeling industry! And man oh man ive never seen her look more like you and Colin more like Aaron! Wow! the one where chloe is squating with her hands on her knees..such a YOU pose. She is her mothers daughter through and through! Also love the one where shes resting her arm on his head, lol! They’ll love that one when their older and lookin through photos :) Ashleigh Scwindt I love you and your family.

WOW…..these are great….but geesh…Chloe looks so much older than she really is!!!!!! Make her stop growing up so quickly!
